" Applications are invited for the following posts in DTEA Sr. Sec. Schools (Govt. Aided Linguistic Minority Institutions), New Delhi:

PGT (Biology) - 01(OBC), PGT (Maths)-1 (SC), PGT (Pol. Science) - 2(1 SC +1 OBC).

Essential Qualifications: Post Graduation in respective Subjects with B.Ed. from a recognized University.

Pay Band-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs. 4800,
Upper age limit 36 years for male and 46 years for female.

Maximum age limit relaxable for SC/ST/OBC as per rules. Relaxation for upper age limit for recruitment not to combine two relaxations.

Other details:
(a) Age relaxation for candidates belonging to (i) SC/ST: upto 5 years, (ii) OBC: 3 years (also relaxable for ex-servicemen, widows/deserted wives, Govt. servants and those teaching in recognized schools as per rules/instructions laid down by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi.)
(b) Scale of pay and other perks as per rules applicable to corresponding posts in Govt. Schools under Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT Delhi.
(c) Applications are invited as per the format given below, neatly typed on a good quality paper, (i) Post applied for, (ii) Name of the Applicant (IN CAPITALS), (iii) Father's Name/Husband's Name, (iv) Date of Birth (in numerical and words), (v) Nationality and religion, (vi) Category (UR/OBC/SC/ST), (vii) Educational Qualifications with % of marks obtained in every Exam. From Secondary onwards, (viii) Permanent Address & Telephone No., (ix) Address for Communication, (x) Experience (if any) (xi) Name & address of the Employment Exchange where Registered, (xii) Employment Exchange Registration No. & Date and (xiii) Signature with Place and Date. Separate Application form should be submitted for each Post.

The application should be accompanied by (i) copy of Professional experience certificate countersigned by the Education Officer wherever applicable alongwith Copy of all mark sheets, Certificates, Degrees and community certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, (ii) Two Passport size colour Photographs, one of which should be signed by the candidate and pasted on the right top corner of the Application and other Photo separately enclosed with the application. Self addressed Post Card duly stamped should be enclosed along with the Application.

NOTE: (1) Knowledge of Tamil is preferable, (2) Preference will be given to the candidates who have studied in English Medium, (3) The post APPLIED FOR SHOULD BE CLEARLY MENTIONED ON THE TOP OF THE ENVELOPE ALONG WITH THE CATEGORY (UR/ OBC/SC / ST) (4) The Serving Candidates of Govt. and other Institutions should submit their Application with a NOC and (5) the above vacancies are provisional and subject to change.

The Cutoff Date for the age limit for all categories of posts is fixed as the last date of Receipt of Application i.e.11.6.2012.
